The production of the cabinets in Frost-trol is based on Lean Thinking, a method of organization of work that focuses on the continuous improvement and optimization of the production system by eliminating waste and activities that add no value to the production process, from product design, through production and ending in service.
The main objective of the Lean is to minimize the losses that occur in any manufacturing process and to use only those resources tat are essential, improving quality and reducing manufacturing time and costs, focusing the system on the activities that add value to the customer.
